Soilife endeavours to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. We use Royal Mail second class service which typically takes 2–3 days for delivery.
We can deliver to any UK address. All quoted prices are inclusive of postal charges.
Should you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us at hello@soilife.co.uk between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and we will endeavour to make the amendments. Should your order have already been processed we will unfortunately not be able to cancel or amend your order.
In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged please contact Customer Services at hello@soilife.co.uk within three days of delivery for a refund. We may ask for the product to be returned or evidence sent to us. Please do not dispose of the product until you have contacted us.

Can I send Soilife as a gift?
Although we currently do not offer gift wrapping (as we’re trying to avoid overpackaging) we don’t include any pricing information on our product. For very special orders, please email hello@soilife.co.uk with GIFT in the subject line and we will do our best to help!
Can I use Soilife on soils used to grow fruit and vegetables?
Of course! Soilife is 100% organic and non-toxic, meaning it’s safe for you to use in the recommended amounts on your fruit and vegetable growing soils.
What do I do with any debris left after watering my soil?
Any remnants left over in your watering can/receptacle is made up of non-toxic, organic matter that can be rinsed out and discarded.

How long can I store Soilife for?
Soilife will keep for 12 months, after which we would recommend re-ordering.
Where should I keep my Soilife?
Soilife is rich in microbes. The bacteria tend to prefer room temperature, and fungi prefer darker environments. We would recommend a cupboard or a shelf indoors somewhere that doesn’t receive direct sunlight. Please avoid storing Soilife in your greenhouse.
Will too much Soilife kill my plants?
Soil health is about balance, so we would not recommend exceeding the recommended 1 tsp Soilife: 1 litre of water ratio. Should you accidentally exceed this dosage please don’t worry. It’s unlikely to harm your plants.
